which is fully protected, encrypted and 100% secure! (No one will see your card details not even us!)
So you can be totally confident that your card details will be completely safe.

We also accept payment via Paypal.

Alternatively we will accept payments by Personal cheque, Postal orders and direct bank transfers. (email for transfer details)

With our tried & tested packing methods you can be 100% sure that your order will arrive in perfect condition!

In most cases items will be sent within 24hrs after receipt of payment & received 48hrs from date of order.

At Ws Bonsai we try to do our bit for the environment so we use recycled boxes whenever possible, 100% Biodegradable loose fill made from annually renewable resources that is compostable without residues, water soluble and does not pollute groundwater.
Plus all our junk mail gets shredded and reused as box filling.

Delivery Policy

P+P is included in all prices.
A Handling charge of £0.50p is made for all orders under £5.00
A Handling charge of £1.00 is made for all orders over £5.00
Orders outside of the UK are subject to a min £4.50 charge.
Deliveries to Ireland and the Scottish Isles may be subject to additional charges! please email for quote and please include full address when emailing.

We use Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class post, Standard parcels, special delivery and next day with Initial Citylink.

If you require delivery on a specific day please contact us to let us know (some cases may carry a surcharge if outside our normal shipping times/carrier)

All large items will be sent via Parcel Force and Initial CityLink.
All Large Bonsai trees will be sent via next day express delivery via Initial citylink. (All deliveries made via Initial CityLink and Special Delivery HAVE to be signed for, please specify delivery address if different from billing address and include any special instructions i.e.: please leave with Joe Bloggs at No: ....)
Small items including small bonsai will be sent via royal mail and parcel force. Special delivery (includes insurance) on request please email for quote.
We Ship all items Monday to Thursday and will ship tools and sundries on a Friday and Saturday.

Saturday Delivery

If you order by 9am on a Friday morning, we can arrange delivery on a Saturday for you at a charge of £26.95. Simply select the Saturday Delivery option when placing your order. Note, usual lead times (shown above) apply. Available for England & Wales customers only.

Delivery FAQ's

What if I'm not in when they deliver?
Depending on the delivery method we've used we can instruct our couriers to leave goods in a convenient, safe place at your property (e.g. by the front door, or next to the garage). Alternatively - do not panic! We'll leave a little card through your letterbox and you can contact our couriers / the post office to arrange a convenient day/time. Alternatively, at the time of ordering, you can specify a seperate alternative delivery address.

We take every care to pack all parcels to a high standard to ensure your goods arrive safely securely and in perfect order.
If you are un happy with your purchase return it to us in the same condition you received it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. (minus shipping fees - outbound & inbound, bank charges, paypal charges and packaging costs.)
We cannot accept returns for Bonsai tree after 7 days as we have no means of knowing how it has been treated.

If your goods arrive broken or damaged we will refund the full amount paid (photographic evidence must be provided) or goods replaced equal to the value of the original purchase price. (minus shipping fees - outbound & inbound, bank charges, paypal charges and packaging costs.)
We cannot be held responsible for lost items sent via Royal mail or Parcel force, unless sent by special delivery (includes insurance). (we will refund monies or replace goods once we are refunded by the post office or Parcel Force.) Lost item claims cannot be filed un till 15 days from the date of dispatch.
